Shipping & Refunds
For orders within the North American region, we facilitate shipping through FedEx, and the package is insured during transit. The flat rate for shipping is $30.
For orders within Europe, we utilize DHL for insured air shipment, and at a flat rate of €35.
All shipments and duties (if applicable) are subject to payment in full by the customer.
We offer free delivery for orders over €1000.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation, and we will reach out within 1-2 business days with order updates or a tracking number. If the piece is in stock, we can ship immediately; otherwise, each piece requires a 4-6 week shipping window.
Personalised pieces require a 6-8 week shipping window. However, if you have any questions or require a greater urgency in the timing of your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We accept returns of pendants and charms within 14 days of receipt, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition.
For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may not be returned. If you would like more details on any piece to help you make a decision, feel free to email us, and we will be happy to assist you.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
